Žiaromat a.s. operates under a single-tier board structure, with a Board of Directors composed of executive directors, enabling efficient and professionally grounded management of the company. The Board of Directors acts in accordance with the Articles of Association and is responsible for fulfilling the company’s long-term objectives. The Board bears collective responsibility and is vested with the authority to manage the general affairs of the company.

Supervisory board
The Supervisory Board is the highest supervisory body of the company. It oversees the activities of the Board of Directors and ensures compliance with applicable legislation, the company’s strategy, and principles of economic efficiency. Members of the Supervisory Board are elected by the General Meeting of Shareholders and operate independently of executive management.
The Supervisory Board is authorized to review all areas of the company’s operations, request reports, propose changes, and protect the interests of all shareholders in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association.
